Although Clever Salon Tools may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site, Clever Salon Tools is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility for or liability arising from the content of any such locations, nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the Site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. No software from this Site may be downloaded or exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the United States Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders. By downloading or using the software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.

Jurisdiction and Submission

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United States of America and the parties agree to submit all disputes arising from it to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Los Angeles (USA), to the exclusion of any other general or special tribunal that may apply.

Price and Variations in Price

The price of the products and services provided by Clever Salon Toosl shall be established for each and every product and service included in the current price list that is available on the Website of Clever Salon Tools. This company reserves the right to vary said prices at any time, said variation taking force at the time it is incorporated in the aforementioned Website. Taxes in effect shall be applied to said prices.
